We offer gun transfers from dealer to dealer. You may purchase a firearm through an online auction and use us as the legal transfer facility. A fee of $40 for paper work and $10 background check is required.
Purchasing Firearms
We will not sell firearms to a anyone if we have a concern that the firearm will be transferred to someone else when you leave our premises. Out-of-state buyers can purchase a Handgun from Kwik Kash Pawn Shop, and we will be happy to ship it to your favorite FFL holder in the buyers state of residence.
State Sales Tax
Tennessee residents are subject to 9.75% sales tax. There is a $10.00 (non-refundable) background check fee charged by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) with the purchase of any firearm.
